Two Skills Blended

Prior Scientific, with its expertise in micro-inspection and micro-positioning, has blended these two skills to provide flexibility in optical inspection. The Zoom Optical System consists of literally thousands of individual parts that can be combined to produce the desired results in terms of magnification, field of view, depth of focus and resolution. At the heart of this system are three zoom bodies with 7:1, 12.5:1 or 16:1 zoom ratios, these are all available as manual units or with motorized zoom and focus control for semi-automated inspection.
