The ISS Group announced the introduction of the upgraded I-Scan slow scan digital image acquisition system for almost any SEM or TEMSCAN instrument. It is a PC based digital slow scan image acquisition system. Operating as a non-intrusive stand alone system, the product can selectively acquire images from several SEMs without interfering with microscope operation and can operate in both single and multi-instrument laboratories. Several time saving features are built in including dynamic real time filtering, on screen
wave form monitor and measurement overlay facility.
The instrument is competively priced and is installed by the
company's own engineers who also provide full training.
