Hypercentric Lens HCN Nano
Opto Engineering's HCN lenses are nano-hypercentric lenses designed for the internal inspection of small cavities and hollow parts (diameter from 0.75 to 10 mm).
These 360° lenses are an industrial solution for the automated inspection of the internal surfaces of small parts that require quality control in any industry, such as medical hollow bodies, smartphone threaded holes, rivet holes, fasteners or blind and through holes. With an HCN lens and a single camera, it is possible to inspect the inside of a cavity from the outside and from above, thus avoiding possible bottlenecks and overcoming the limitations of other conventional solutions.
