The E3Z5247P-MPSW is a viswir mirror zoom lens, also known as a catadioptric zoom lens. It uses a combination of mirrors and lenses to focus light and adjust the magnification of the image. Such lenses are used in specialized applications such as remote monitoring that require long focal lengths and where compact size and light weight are desirable. Thus, the focal length range is high at 520-130mm. Precise observations are thus possible even at distances over fifteen kilometers.
