Weiss GWE once more presents an interesting unit development: the WIBObarrier Horizontal.
Years of experience in ejector and air curtain technology form the basis for this modern filling technology solution. The unit consists of two elements arranged vertically opposite each other, namely a sender and receiver unit. The filling or emptying station for open vessels is located between these.
Vertical and horizontal air outlets (so-called ejectors) are integrated in the sender unit. The clean air flows horizontally (drawn by the receiver unit) over the open vessel and shields the working and object area like a barrier. Product, personnel and the installation room are all protected.
Cross contamination which can occur as a result of the installation of several filling/emptying stations with differing products in one room is prevented by a high degree of air flow direction stability.
This is particularly important during refilling and filling processes in protected zones encountered in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, foodstuff and chemical industries.
The modular structure of the WIBObarrier Horizontal enables adaptation to the most varied situations. Both stationary and mobile/pivoting units are available, along with acid-resistant models and versions for use in potentially-explosive environments.
The operator or mechanical equipment can freely access the product from above, the front or rear.
