GigE Vision compatible cameras with UV-sensitive Sony Pregius S sensor IMX487

Certain image processing applications, for example in semiconductor inspection or waste sorting, can be optimised by using the UV spectrum or are only possible at all in this spectral range. The high-resolution sensor IMX487 with 8.1 MPixel, which originates from the fourth Sony Pregius S generation, is available in the GigE camera series mvBlueCOUGAR-X as well as in the 10GigE version mvBlueCOUGAR-XT. The latest generation sensors feature both high image quality with small pixel size and high transfer rates. GenICam-compatible software support of the cameras ensures compatibility with existing image processing programmes and thus also platform independence. The mvBlueCOUGAR-X (GigE) and mvBlueCOUGAR-XT (10GigE) models with the IMX487 sensor are available now.
