Waygate: Phoenix Speed Scan HD micro X-ray inspection system

The Phoenix Speed Scan HD from Waygate Technologies is a fully automated micro computed tomography (CT) system for industrial inspection, for example of batteries, electronic parts, injection molded parts, complex assemblies for the automotive industry or medical devices. It enables inline CT inspection of large inspection batches, helping to achieve zero-defect targets. The system features a dual-arm manipulator for fully automated robotic loading and a dual airlock, enabling 24/7 operation with voxel resolutions up to 25 μm. Proprietary software platforms use AI for defect detection (ADR) and data analysis.
