Tordivel: Multispectral Camera Scorpion 3D Multispectral Food Grader

Tordivel's Scorpion 3D Multispectral Food Grader automatically measures the absolute color from 400 to 1,000 nm of food on a moving conveyor belt. It is used in harsh environments, such as on a production line above a conveyor belt without ambient light protection. The product design includes automatic recalibration after each washdown. The process maintains accuracy and ensures the window is clean and the system is operating at 100 percent. The camera is factory calibrated. Automatic 3D calibration ensures optical subpixel accuracy for stereovision.
