iLOQ: Digital Access Management

iLoq Home is a digital access management solution that fundamentally changes the way of living in multi-family residential properties. The app shows up-to-date information about a resident’s apartment keys. Profiles can be set up and keys assigned to specific family members. It can be used to unlock the main entrance remotely – perfect for deliveries or to welcome visitors. Reservations for common facilities in the building can be quickly made and managed.

Lost or stolen keys can be immediately blocked, and new keys ordered. In central key systems, access rights can be granted to 3rd-party service providers, ideal in emergencies. The ability to grant access to an apartment is – according to the manufacturer – a feature that has never been a possibility before in central key systems. It allows residents to remotely grant access to 3rd-party service providers which is ideal if a flat needs to be accessed in an emergency situation.
