• User level and password protected Administrator level. The Administrator level allows the Administrator to lock-out functions that are not required or should not be accessed by the operator
• A uniformity of operation means that you only need to know how to drive one controller to know how to drive all three controllers and the equipment to which they are fitted.
• The Polystat controllers are fitted with an encoder that the user "turns to search and pushes to select" the required menu option.
• A full text alphabetically arranged user menu makes the new controllers intuitively easier to operate.
• The controllers are not an "integral" part of the machine that they are fitted to. They can be exchanged by simply unplugging the current controller and plugging in a new one.
• The display can be customised to show as much information as the user requires…from simply the bath temperature to a real time "program progress" display.

The Concept

The Polystat range can be used from the simplest to the more demanding thermoregulation application. Using various bath types more than 50 different combinations are possible. The temperature range is -30°C to +200°C.

Polystats have a pressure pump (10 litres/minute max, 2 bar max). The Polystats are suitible for a wide range of both internal and externally closed applications including:
Photometer, refractometer, density measurement, calorimeter, viscometer, small jacketed reactors, calibration ...
The Polystat cc1, cc2 and cc3 are completely interchangeable. Should the application demands change or in the event of service, loosen two screws then simply PLUG & PLAY!!!!
