BenchTOF2

The BenchTOF2 is a time-of-flight mass spectrometer that works in combination with both one-dimensional and two-dimensional gas chromatography (GC×GC). The system features the patented technique of tandem ionization, which provides simultaneous hard and soft ionization data. This ionization technique provides complementary spectra for target and non-target characterization in a single analytical run, without the need for hardware changes or additional method development. In addition, it is fully certified for use with hydrogen as the carrier gas.

The instrument analyzes all ions simultaneously, maximizing sensitivity and providing spectra of the entire spectral range for both target compounds and unknown substances in a single analytical run. In addition, the spectra contain accurate isotopic abundances and exhibit no mass discrimination, making them directly comparable to commercial libraries.
