The MACSima Imaging Platform is an ultrahigh-content imaging system to provide a complete and fully automated solution that enables the spatial analysis of hundreds of proteomic markers in a single sample. Compatible with any type of fixed sample, from tissues to cells, this system surpasses the capacity of existing multiplexing methods through iterative staining cycles using fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies and nuclear stain.
The platform retains sample integrity, allowing for further downstream analyses. The configuration of excitation LED and emission filters is optimized for the use of readily available dyes. Although a vast portfolio of pre-validated research antibodies provides ease of use, it offers flexibility for a broad array of targets and applications.
