Micro-Epsilon: 3D sensor Surfacecontrol 3D 3500

The Surfacecontrol 3D 3500 3D snapshot sensor offers high repeatability in z to 0.4 µm and delivers complete 3D images from 0.2 s. Micrometer-precise snapshots are created with simultaneously large measuring fields. In addition to data output via Gigabit Ethernet, the sensor offers a digital I/O interface. By using the 2D/3D Gateway II, EtherNet/IP, Profinet as well as EtherCAT are available. Precise 3D measurement as well as surface inspection can be performed via the software tools. GigE Vision compatibility also allows integration into third-party machine vision software. An SDK rounds off the software package.
