3D Inspection Tasks Solved via Mouse Click

The TriSpector from Sick is built to solve 3D inspection tasks in a simple way. 3D objects can be easily trained and visualized based on the configuration software Sopas. Inspection areas are defined and resized using common mouse input methods. A necessary inspection tool for the detail inspection is assigned and configured. Of course multiple and different inspection tools can be used, for example to inspect multiple heights at different positions. The good / bad part result can be assigned to a hardware output or communicated via the Ethernet interface.
