Intelligently Solving Image Pre-Processing

The Baumer LX Visual Applets cameras are a new camera class offering easy application-specific image pre-processing straight in the camera's FPGA without need for expensive and complex VHDL programming. Based on a partnership with Silicon Software they allow implementation of the image pre-processing tasks with the graphical development environment Visual Applets.

It allows the user to adapt the camera's range of functions flexibly to the application, and enables efficient and economic image data processing at very high resolution and speed.
