Darkfield Microscopy

Cytoviva’s Hyperspectral Microscope integrates patented, darkfield microscopy with high spectral resolution hyperspectral imaging.

This enables rapid optical observation and spectral characterization of label free nanoscale materials in a wide range of environments. The patented enhanced darkfield microscope optics improves scatter detection up to 7X over standard darkfield optics. Integrated hyperspectral imaging provides the VNIR (400nm-1,000nm) spectral response in every nanoscale pixel of the image.

With hyperspectral microscopy, users can spectrally characterize differences in nanoscale sample elements or spectrally map these elements in a complex matrix.
