ABS Safety: ABS-Lock X-Flat - Fall Protection Anchor for Riveting on Containers

The ABS-Lock X-Flat is a single point fall protection anchor. It is designed to be used during the work on office-, sea fright containers and construction site trailers. Our Lock X-Flat is a secure anchor point for up to three persons and is tested in accordance with DIN EN 795:2012 (A). It is made from weatherproof 304 stainless steel and will minimize the forces in case of a fall because of its plasticity.

The very flat design of the fall protection anchor ensures the ability of stacking the containers/ trailers. All markings are lasered onto the stainless steel base plate, the flat is installed on the trapezoidal or sandwich panels of the container/ trailer (minimum thickness: 0.5 mm) using 14 blind rivets. Integrated sealant straps protect the container from moisture.
