Savillex offers a wide range of PFA labware, from vials and columns through to pressure vessels and filter holders. Vials and jars with closures from 3 ml to 2000 ml volume, autosampler vials and block digestion tubes in different sizes are available.

For pharmaceutical and chemical packing applications the PFA and FEP Purillex bottles are produced using proprietary blow molding technology which gives them unique properties.

The Purillex bottles 100 ml-2000 ml accept a GL45 closure, the 50 ml bottle accepts a 33 mm closure. The 50 ml PFA dropper bottle is designed to precisely deliver liquids, producing small droplets with a narrow size range distribution.

The 4 Liter vial cleaning system provides a safe and efficient method for cleaning PFA vials and labware. Molded from high purity PFA, the vial cleaning system is designed specifically for heated soaking and is an unbreakable alternative to glass beakers traditionally used for cleaning PFA labware. The vial cleaning system is fully enclosed which not only eliminates airborne contamination, but also prevents acid loss due to evaporation. The new Vial Rack System is designed to be used with the cleaning system for easy loading and removal of the parts that have to be cleaned. Different configurations of the Vial Rack System are available.

The redesigned DST-1000 Acid Purification System produces high purity (10ppt) grade acid from trace metal (1ppb) grade by the process of sub-boiling distillation, and can be used to purify HNO₃, HCl and HF. The extremely easy to use, compact system requires no cooling water. All wetted parts of molded PFA. For routine, high throughput labs the DST-4000 with a capacity of 4 Liter is designed. The distillation rate is over two times higher as the throughput of the DST-1000. It has a digital temperature control and a liquid level sensor that shuts off the unit automatically when the distillation is complete.

Manufactured from low porosity ISO-molded graphite and sealed with a PFA coating the HPX series of inert hotplates is designed for ultratrace applications. Two different PFA coated graphite heating blocks that fit commonly used Savillex vials are available for use with the hotplates.
