Integrated Gel Electrophoresis

The VS20 Wave – available from Cleaver Scientific – is a complete electrophoresis system which provides a fully integrated solution using one get tank and lid for vertical Page, tube gel IEF and electro blotting.

It is designed to perform a variety of separations, ranging from first and second dimension SDS-Page to capillary tube gel IEF and electro blotting. The system utilizes only four screws to secure 20 x 20 cm gels. The vertical screw-clamp technology ensures faster set-up speed, and exerts uniform pressure along the height of the glass plates to facilitate a leak-free seal without gel compression and bowing to provide even migration.
