A wide range of PFA labware

Savillex has been manufacturing fluoropolymer products since 1976. Savillex offers a wide range of PFA labware, from vials and columns through to pressure vessels and filterholders. Vials and jars with closures are available from 3 ml to 2000 ml volume.

For pharmaceutical and chemical packing applications the PFA and FEP PurillexTM bottles are produced using proprietary blow molding technology which gives them unique properties. The Purillex bottles 100 ml-2000 ml accept a GL45 closure, the 50 ml bottle accepts a 33 mm closure. The 50 ml PFA dropper bottle is designed to precisely deliver liquids, producing small droplets with a narrow size range distribution. A PFA dust cover prevents airborne contamination and minimizes evaporation.

The PFA sample Introduction Systems for ICP-OES and ICP-MS expand the capabilities of these techniques allowing chemists to measure metals at lower level, in a wider range of sample matrices. Savillex offers PFA micro-concentric and cross-flow nebulizers, PFA spray chambers and PFA inert kits.

The DST-1000 Acid Purification System produces high purity (10ppt) grade acid from trace metal (1ppb) grade by the process of sub-boiling distillation, and can be used to purify HNO3, HCl and HF. The extremely easy to use, compact system requires no cooling water. All wetted parts of molded PFA.
