Plasmacleaner and Drystation´s

The Plasmacleaner TPS 316 and the Drystation TS 316 and 516 are build using a most modern oil-free turbo molecular pumping unit module. Plasma cleaner TPS 316 is fitted with a main recipient to clean specimen and specimen holder and also comes with two sub-divisions chamber to dry and store specimen holders. Drying Station TS 316 is fitted with one main recipient and up to two sub divisions’ chamber´s, Drying Station 516 with one main recipient and up to four division’s chamber.

All process parameters like frequency and current consumption of the turbo molecular pump, plasma power, and vacuum pressure will be shown as bar graphs on the touch screen. The evacuation of the sub-recipients is controlled via Touch screen. Available procedures are menu-controlled and will be easy to work with, even for untrained users.
