Drum blenders with practical handling functions

MIXOMAT drum blenders manufactured by FUCHS Maschinen AG. They are used for blending or pre-blending and to homogenise or for the inking of components of powdery or granule shaped, as well as of liquid products.

The tilting drum blender MIXOMAT C has been specially designed for handling 100 to 400 l containers and is available in a electrically tilting and electrically tilting version with touchscreen. Both of these versions allow for lifting the container from pallets of from other transport equipment’s into blending position.

Standard container holders are available: HRK type – these holders are very easy to use. Safe holding is guaranteed by one quick-action clamping fastener with a special safety locking system preventing any undesired opening of the fastener. SP type – where the container is held on the holder of two spanset belts. The MIXOMAT CMe can also be fitted with a second holder for containers up to 50 l. ATEX version of both as an option for applications EX- areas (zone 1/21, 2/22).
