Based on a 2.0 Megapixel Progressive Scan CMOS sensor for 100% digital images with 1080p resolution, HDcctv / HD-SDI cameras deliver video images with a quality far beyond standard CCTV images. This resolution does not only capture more evidential information, but also helps to cover a larger area. Moreover, both investment amount and operating expenses are reduced at the same time.

Setup is effected through the on-screen menu via a 5-axis joystick. 32 programmable privacy zones, an additional test video output for installation and the enhanced exposure control with WDR, BLC, HSBLC and DSS qualify the HDcctv cameras EQH / EBH / EDH and EZH 5102 for the use in many demanding security applications where they deliver excellent images in HD quality.

The use of this high-performance technology does not require any investment in the IT network. The HDcctv cameras communicate at up to 1,5 Gbit/sec. via existing or new coaxial cable (RG59 cable for distances up to 100 m; K-HD1 low-loss coaxial cable for distances up to 170 m; larger distances can be realized with data distributors or fibre optics) with standard BNC plugs.
