Confovis and Digital Surf have announced that MountainsMap imaging and surface analysis software will be supplied with Confovis’s ConfoCAM LED grid-confocal measuring systems for industrial quality inspection and research.

Confovis’s ConfoCAM LED grid-confocal measuring systems are especially suited for industrial quality inspection where speed is essential and for use in challenging environments. They are based on patented structured illumination technology with no mechanical moving parts, and with high axial (Z) resolution down to 1 nm.
