Suction & Pressure Tubing

Reichelt Chemietechnik presents its Thomafluid tubing. It can be used in pharmaceutical process technology, chemical engineering, process chemistry and petrochemistry. The tubing features high chemical resistance except to chlorinetrifluoride and molten alkali metals. Its liner is seamless, smooth and made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene).

The jacket is made of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber). The manufacturer offers an electrical resistance of < 106 Ohm between tubing ends and <109 Ohm from lining to cover, through the tubing wall. Thereby the tubing may be used in "EX-Zones" 0 and 1 without problems. The operating pressure amounts to 16 bar at +23°C, permanent temperatures from -30°C to +150°C are standard values.
