Hamilton Company introduces Needlebuilder, an online tool that streamlines the process of specifying and ordering standard and specialty needles. Customers can design their own product based on hub style, needle gauge, length and point style. If the user has a specific syringe in mind, a needle can be built online based on syringe model or characteristics.

As the specifications are entered, the product is created onscreen in real time. Once the process is complete, the tool provides a price, expected delivery date and the ability to purchase immediately online. “This tool makes it much easier for customers to specify and order the exact needle they need, whether it’s one of our 350 existing choices or a custom item,” explains Jason March, the Company’s director of marketing.
