Pushing Confocal Data Analysis Beyond Visualization

Bitplane has announced the launch their Imaris 7.4 software. The latest version of the Imaris software pushes confocal data analysis beyond visualization. ImarisVantage is a new module of Imaris for presenting microscopy image data in multiple dimensions. With the module, the users can discern and extract more information from intrinsically complex microscopic data sets.

It enables the researchers to dissect multi-dimensional, multi-object images by creating series of fully customizable object representations. With multiple plots at the user’s disposal, one can turn 3D or 4D data into a dynamic gallery of individual objects or create an advanced, multi-dimensional time plot.
