Beamsplitters and Filters for PALM and STORM

For widefield superresolution techniques AHF offers beamsplitters and the corresponding emitters for different laser combinations. These optics are designed to activate/ switch dye molecules and read out the fluorescence with different lasers. No switching between different optical components during an experiment is necessary. Due to the broad reflection bands of the beamsplitters these components can be used for PALM, PALMIRA, dSTORM, STORM, multi color STORM as well as for GSDIM.

These beamsplitter designs are available for different laser combinations and fit into every type of microscope. Superflat 2 mm thick beamsplitters can be provided in special cubes for some microscopes. These components are recommended for SIM and TIRF. An adaption of microscope cubes to the 2 mm thick beamsplitters is possible
