No more grease mist and smells
The private limited company Rentschler REVEN Lüftungssysteme GmbH is based at the German town of Sersheim in the Württemberg region. The manufacturer of ventilating equipment supplies stainless steel extractor hoods and ventilating ceilings for food processing in compliance with hygienic requirements. The ventilating equipment is fitted with highly efficient aerosol separators that remove solid and liquid air pollutants such as grease mist from the exhaust air to the greatest possible extent. The efficient separation of these pollutants improves the room climate and the hygienic conditions in the processing shops and prevents grease deposition on the duct system.
The purely mechanical separators work in accordance with the cyclone principle: The high deflection of the air flow provides for the ejection of aerosols. This process ensures that the separators clean themselves automatically, a great benefit that traditional filters do not offer. The captured aerosols run off over the polished surfaces into a collecting channel.
At the request of our customers, we fit the hoods and ceilings with odour neutralisers to prevent odour emission into the environment. The three-stage version includes a cyclone separator for the removal of grease mist, a UV system and a stainless steel catalytic converter for the elimination of odorous material. The separating efficiency can be adjusted in several steps.
In most cases, it is difficult to install odour separators in existing extractor hoods and ceilings. For these cases, we offer a special duct separator that is suitable for the installation in existing exhaust air ducts.
