Safe line inspection device

On single-channel two-wire connections, the safe line inspection device PLIDdys provides safe power-up and maximum safety on long cable routes. As a result, unintended power-up or plant start-up can be excluded in the event of an error. All potential wiring errors are detected through constant line inspection; no need for customised tests.

Its small dimensions enable it to be integrated into existing plants, e.g. within the sensor or switch. The unit can be looped into the existing wiring, minimising costs; there’s no need to change the periphery. It can also be used in applications with increased environmental conditions (-30° to +70° Celsius) or dirty, dusty environments.
