In the field of clean room technology, the company produces the laminar flow box, clean room workbenches and mobile clean room cells. Spetec employs approximately 45 people in administration, production, development and service.

Spetec pump hoses
Spetec manufactures peristaltic pumps and a full range of hoses. The hoses are produced in Erding near Munich. They are used with peristaltic pumps and continuous flow devices. Materials include PVC, fluororubber comparable to viton, Santoprene and silicone. The retaining sliders are executed in different colour combinations for easy identification. They correspond to a certain interior diameter.

Perimax 12 peristaltic pump
The Perimax 12 peristaltic pump is suitable for all analytical and preparative chemistry applications and for production. Possible uses include instrumental analytics, biotechnology, bioanalytics, liquid chromatography, column chromatography, ICP, AAS, TOC, conveying and dosage. The pump is powered by a stepper motor or AC motor and can be equipped with 1-6 channels. A wheel head with 12 wheels assures very low pulsation. It is functional and easy to operate. The pump can also be controlled externally.

ICP Standards
In addition to the existing single and multi-element standards in a watery or oil matrix, Spetec GmbH in Erding has also added customer-specific standards to its product range. Customers can combine the chemical elements in the corresponding concentrations depending on the area of application. In multi-element standards, the element combinations are tested for mutual compatibility and produced in a suitable matrix.

Spetec FBS laminar flow box
The Spetec laminar flow box fulfils a purpose similar to the clean room cell. However, the box is offered as a standalone tabletop unit. With the help of a laminar flow box, clean room conditions can be established exactly where they are currently needed. The effective clean room area varies between 0.24 and 1.12 square meters, depending on the size of the box.

The flow box is equipped with a type H14 filter. With the Spetec laminar flow box, you receive a portable workstation that creates clean room conditions exactly where you need them.
