Licence Plate Recogition Software

The SeeTec LPR Module is a software solution to detect and recognize international number plates automatically. It is fully integrated into the SeeTec 5 VMS module and runs all cameras and video encoders that are supported by the SeeTec basic software. It also provides a wide variety of management features such as an electronic ticket system and a number plate database in which additional configurable information such as company or car type can be added. By using image cropping/multi streaming, several lanes i.e. at a gas station can be covered by one megapixel camera, reducing the costs for hardware and cabling substantially. The SeeTec LPR Module can be combined with other SeeTec solutions i.e. for the retail or logistics industry.
