Liquid Chromatography Purification

Lack of column capacity occurs when there are solubility limitations caused by the sample that is needed to purify. The normal solution is to simply increase the number of injections, which increases the time and the cost of the project prorate. Dynamic Extractions has now presented a new solution, which is to use a HPCCC instrument, that fits in and is completely compatible with existing LC systems and allows using a liquid stationary phase to solve the solubility problem. Now the user has both liquid mobile and stationary phases and sample injection options have been tripled. One can load either in the mobile or stationary phase or a mixture of the two, whichever combination allows the highest loading per injection.
