diaphragm pumps / dosing pumps driven by two-phase stepper motors

KNF Flodos AG is proud to present two new dosing pumps driven by two-phase stepper motors. The possibility to use existing motor controllers is very attractive for OEM manufacturers.

The new pump series is available in two versions the FEM1.02 and FEM1.09 with different flow ranges, 0.2 - 20ml/min and 0.9 - 90ml/min respectively. Both pumps can be used against pressures of up to 6.0 bar with a minimum loss of flow against varying conditions.

A high level of dosing accuracy, repeatability and long term reproducibility makes these metering pumps ideal for applications where long life and no maintenance are of utmost importance. A new valve system ensures that air can not collect in the pump head and helps to reduce the head volume to a minimum.

A large selection of materials can be used for the wetted parts making this pump type suitable for pumping aggressive liquids. Diaphragm pumps don’t have moving seals making them very leak tight which is a big advantage when handling liquids which can crystallize out. All pumps can be equipped with an integrated pressure relief valve guaranteeing a pressure safe system.

KNF also offers a control module for the pump allowing lots of different possibilites making the integration into your system very simple.
