C6 Flow Cytometer® System

The Accuri C6 Flow Cytometer, CFlow® Software and Workstation PC supply all the capabilities of a full-featured flow cytometer at a fraction of the price of the market leading systems.

The C6 was designed from the ground up to maximize its accessibility for most research labs. These features include:

The C6 is equipped with a blue and a red laser, two scatter detectors, and four fluorescence detectors with interference filters optimized for the detection of FITC, PE, PerCP-Cy5.5 and APC. Since the specifications and performance of the C6 are similar to that of conventional flow cytometers, scientists can continue to use their current reagents and protocols. The C6 is the only flow cytometer available offering pre-optimized detectors, with over six decades of dynamic range, allowing complete flexibility to display and analyze data post-collection, without permanent alteration of original data files.

Accuri’s major innovations include a unique low-pressure pumping system to drive fluidics and a compact optical bench employing smaller, more robust, and less expensive components that need no alignment. As a result of its unique user-friendly software interface and simplified design, the C6 can be set-up and ready to use less than two hours after receipt.
