Biological laboratories typically involve lots of work aspirating contaminated media from micro titer plates, cell cultural suspensions and cuvettes etc. This is all too often carried out using cobbled together, self-made apparatus. The Biochem Vacuucenter systems BVC 21 NT and BVC 21 NT Vario from Vacuubrand offer an alternative solution: comprising an efficient chemistry diaphragm pump complete with an autoclavable and shatterproof polypropylene collecting bottle enabling fast and efficient aspiration of large volumes. An automatic vacuum control makes hand or foot switches redundant. The Vacuuhandcontrol (VHC) is specifically designed for comfortable handling with rotating tip adapter (for right and left-handed people) capable of accepting most of the common pipettes or tips.
