Pressurized Solvent Extraction

Büchi has introduced its Speed Extractor. With its parallel format, up to six samples can be extracted simultaneously in approximately 2040 min. As a result, incoming batches can be processed immediately, and the analysis result is available on the same day even if subsequent extensive purification steps are required. This allows for a very high level of efficiency and throughput: up to 96 samples in one day. The instrument is also user-friendly: The desired method is loaded, the extraction cells are then sealed automatically, and, at the push of a button, six samples are extracted without error-prone sealing, or time-consuming programming. It features a temperature range of 50200°C, and a pressure range of 50150 bar, and an integrated rinsing step into a separate waste container.
