Very often, the space around the objects to be analysed is too tight and restricted to use a bulky High Speed Camera.

Mikrotrons new, extremly small and light sensitive High Speed recording Camera‚ MotionBLITZ EoSens^® mini‘ offer with ist outstanding performance new and up to now unreachable possibilities of application. With its size of only 63x63x64,5 mm (HxWxD) and integrated GigE Vision^® and Genicam compatible interface it is unique in its class and offers a maximum of flexibility, mobility and ease of use. The housing is availble with connectors on the rear or on the left side of the housing. This reduces further the length of the camera. A very attractive price/performance ratio helps for a quick payback of the investment.

The extrely high light sensitivity of 2500 ASA monochrom und 2000 ASA color helps saving extra money for lighting by minimzing the investment in extra light sources. The build in (Fixed Pattern Noise) FPN correction on a pixel by pixel base corrects for black level and dynamic deviation with the help of an internally stored reference image and provides crisp clear and low noise images. The selectable non linear dynamic trnsfer function delivers distinctive details even in extremely bright areas, where other cameras would simply saturate. MotionBLITZ EoSens^® mini‘ has internal dynamic of up to 90 dB with a resolution of 1280 x 1024 Pixel and a framerate of 506 fps (frames per second) with 8-Bit output monochrom oder optional 24-bit RGB with Bayerfilter. With reduced resolutions a framerate of up to 113.000 fps can be achieved.

Even without connection to an extern Laptop Computer, the internal memory can store up to 3.3 sec with full resolution and speed. The included MotionBLITZ^® Director‘ is industry wide known for ist comfort and ease of use. As an example the RoI function provides images of arbitrary position and size while automatically selecting the maximum image speed. The also integrated ImageBLITZ^® Auto Trigger – a freely defineable trigger image within the live image as real time optical sensor – even very seldom sporadic events can be captured and recorded. Additional functions are Burst Trigger and Multi Sequenz mode.
