Easy Handling Laboratory Dryer
Not only in production plants but also in Laboratories the operators are much concerned about Easy-Handling. AVA presents a new Horizontal Batch-Dryer as stand-alone unit for multi-purpose applications. Many standards make this dryer interesting for different industries. For inspection reasons the front end of the dryer is designed as a screwed inspection door that can be opened without tools.
The heating hoses are mounted flexible. Heating medium is thermal-oil. The sealing of the dryer is an innovative lip-ring seal. For safety reasons against improper overpressure within the product area the standard equipment includes a safety valve on the feeding nozzle. A separately driven integrated chopper, sealed in the same way as the dryer shaft, equipped with multistage cutters is for the crushing of agglomerates. A vapour filter, with vapour hose and supporting cage, can be cleaned by compressed gas using a manual push-button.
