Evaporation

Büchi Labortechniks Multivapor heats and agitates up to 12 samples in individual cylindrical transparent water baths. Bumping is prevented by inducing a vigorous vortex in the sample by means of the orbital agitation. A vacuum manifold with individual sample connections conducts the vapour to the condenser assembly of your rotary evaporator. Additional splash protection frits guarantee a fast and safe parallel evaporation without the risk of cross-contamination. The system can accept a range of vessels e.g. carousel tubes, microwave vials, chromatography tubes by means of a range of adapters. This facility eliminates the need to transfer samples to different vessels before the evaporation stage.
