Crossflow Filtration System

To meet changing demands, Sartorius Stedim Biotech has developed Sartoflow Alpha plus the flexible modular benchtop crossflow filtration system. It provides semi-automatic micro, ultra und diafiltration and is especially suited for process development, clinical testing and for smaller production processes. Thanks to its standardised options, the system can be adapted quickly and easily to the changing production demands of downstream processing. The unique steaming-in-place module for thermal sterilisation gives users the option to run all crossflow processes aseptically. The system operates with both disposable bag technology and permanently installed tank. Thanks to consistent modularity and accessories like conductivity sensors, pH electrodes or peristaltic pumps the Sartoflow Alpha plus is adaptable to every process.
