WAT-1000 – Day & Night Color Camera with CMOS sensor / CMOS-camera with a high dynamic range up to 120 dB for under cover surveillance

The WAT-1000 is Watec’s first CMOS-camera with a high dynamic range up to 120 dB.  Additional features of the 1/3”-camera are the improved resolution of 520 TV-lines, the high sensitivity of 0.1 lx for color and 0.003 lx (F1.2) for b/w operation, manual or automatic white balance, composite video and Y/C signal output. All parameters can be set by OSD (on screen display) or by RS-232C interface.

With the very compact and light weight housing of  W 42 x H 42 x D 54 mm (weight 125 g), the camera is well suited for under cover surveillance. The auto-iris connector accepts both video driven and DC-driven lenses automatically. The back focus of the lens unit can easily be adjusted by using the fine thread of the lens mount ring.
