Fraction Collection with Stand-alone Operation for Semi-prep to Preparative Applications

Gilson’s PREPFC™ is a small footprint preparative fraction collector controlled by using a Pocket PC with Gilson’s new PREPFC™ Control Software.

The PREPFC Fraction Collector has four adjustable height settings for the pan location accommodating tube or bottle heights up to 200 mm, and optimizing the position of the dispensing probe closer to the top of the tube/bottle. Connect and control up to four PREPFCs, yielding a collection capacity up to 1280 fractions. The integrated high-flow collection valve allows for flow rates up to 200 mL/min, making the PREPFC an ideal solution for prep HPLC fraction collection needs.

PREPFC Control Software features complete control of all fraction collection parameters including: up to ten collection windows with individually set parameters and allows for collection via time, volume, slope or level with peak subdivision via time or volume. Slope collection features a front and tail slope setting to optimize collection and has the ability to collect off-scale peaks.
