ACHEMA Highlight: Cost-Effective Filtration

Maag Pump Systems has extended its product range of Slide Screen Changers (FSC) and Manual Screen Changers (HSC) by two low-cost models particularly suited for applications involving small investment budgets. Nevertheless, the new “A-Class“ models are still of the usual quality offered by Maag and are equipped with a pressure-adaptive sealing system as a standard, that adjusts the required sealing forces to the existing melt pressure.

Optionally, these FSC and HSC models are also available with a pre-adjustable Vario sealing, in order to provide especially OEM customers with a wide application range for various plant configurations.

Moreover, it is possible to complete the Manual Screen Changer (HSC) with a patented driving gear, thus facilitating a comfortable and smooth screen change procedure even under confined space conditions and at high sealing forces.

Maag has responded to the world-wide demand for cost-effective and reliable filtration systems with this innovation.
