The 4,5" module BM 300 BiNem is a black&white reflective bistable display. The technology is energy efficient and drastically reduces power consumption of displays so that this is an interesting alternative to conventional LCD's.

BM 300 BiNem has HVGA format with 320 x 480 pixels, high resolution with 130 dpi, high readability in every viewing direction and a viewing area from 64 x 95mm.

Bistability in display technology allows an image to be maintained indefinitely without refreshing or power supply. Binem® Nemoptic’s patented technology offers true bistability using the unique principle of “surface anchoring breaking”.
