Cell Culture Inserts

Thermo Fisher Scientific introduces new Nunc Cell Culture Inserts, now available with polycarbonate membranes. The inserts are suited for cell interaction and cultivation studies in areas such as tissue engineering, co-cultivation, invasion, chemotaxis, and transport without the need for preparation with matrix coating. New polycarbonate membranes expand functionality and maneuverability to the product line. The new membranes are easily removed from the multi-well, Multidish design and are especially helpful for sectioning for transmission electron microscopy when using a glass knife. The polycarbonate membranes have larger pore sizes makes it suitable for invasion and chemotaxis studies.
