Ultra Compact Water Vapour Sorption

Porotec is pleased to introduce the DVS Intrinsic from SMS Ltd., the latest economical and ultra compact (26B x 39T x 47H cm) dynamic water vapour sorption system. The precise Peltier temperature control in the range from 20°C to 40°C (+/-0.1°C) and high precision electronic mass flow controllers enables the determination of water uptake either as isotherms or isobars from various materials between 0 and 98% RH. (+/-1%).

The user friendly software allows the simultaneous control of up to five DVS Intrinsic. The new electronic digital micro balance SMS Ultra Balance works with load capacities of 1g +/-0.1µg or 4g +/-1µg. It is possible to program humidity ramps or up to 100 humidity steps with a time or equilibrium condition, even in multiple cycles. Data are analysed with Excel Macros.
