Multimill Isolator now available as rental machine

Hosokawa Alpine's customers now have the possibility of renting a system that meets even the most demanding requirements. The system is a grinding and micronisation system designed for processing highly potent pharmaceutical substances fully integrated into an isolator. Besides a pin mill, a spiral jet mill is also included in the system. Either a simple static filter or a fully integrated automatic filter (patent pending) can be used to collect the product. A gravimetric feed metering system designed for constant feed metering which meets the highest standards is also forms an integral part of the system. The system is laid out for batches of between 1 and 10 kg. The instrumentation, process gas components and control unit are installed in the technical zone on the rear side of the isolator, so that the system can be delivered ready for operation and with all requisite documentation.
