Six-axis Robots for the Plastics Industry

Complete machining of injection molded components, part handling with integrated quality assurance, employment within machinery thanks to small footprint design, usage as a CNC lathe, fully automated cleaning of plastic parts - the range of applications for Stäubli robots widens almost every day. The special TX Plastics robot line in particular is predestined for the employment in the Plastics Industry, as it covers payloads from 1.7 kg up to 220 kg and is available with different arm lengths. Standardized Euromap-interfaces 12 or 67 ensure a fast and simple adaptation to injection molding machines.

Thanks to VALplast, the application software with its intuitive and user-friendly interface, robots can be programmed simply and fast. There is no need for complex or special knowledge – the machine operator is able to create new trajectories independently at any time.
