Wide-pore HPLC Columns

Phenomenex offers Jupiter 300, a high-efficiency, wide-pore support with a unique bonding chemistry for enhanced bioseparations. Traditional C4 phase and an innovative C5 phase are used for reversed phase separations hydrophobic proteins, while the C18 phase can be used for hydrophilic protein separations. All are designed for ultra-performance separations of proteins, peptides and oligonucleotides with unmatched hydrolytic stability from pH 1.5 to 10 (for more than 3,000 hours continuous exposure). Jupiter 300 silica is manufactured to the tightest tolerances in the industry to yield much lower than average operating pressure and extended lifetime. Ultra-low silanol activity and metal content ensure symmetrical peaks and no non-specific adsorption or ionic interactions of proteins. Each column is shipped with a comprehensive batch Certificate of Analysis for Assurance as well as its own individual test chromatogram.
